Using their coupon or rewards is such a royal pain because absolutely every time I go to use one it will tell me to add the item to the cart even if that item is supposed to be " any " item!!! Absolutely infuriating to use an app after decades of watching programmers improve things and we are still dealing with BS bugs with their own coupons. There are so many times that I have forfeited using a coupon because I would rather save time on my order than to wait and figure out how to get my coupon!

As for the app and systems, it works well except for the lack of being able to type a short note or request extra/no/lite onions, and certain other options, so I'm unable to actually use it for the orders I require them. This goes for the in-store self-service touch screens at some stores too since it's the same system. I am forced to seek personal help for those orders.

I was excited about the free burrito offer for joining, but then it wouldn't work in the app or in the store. The "exclusives" and "new" items were all regular menu items and, it's a little nitpicky, but the fact that you can't see the prices of things until you click on them is annoying.

Can you fix an issue where exiting an item options selections sends you all the way back to the beginning. I'm saying it sends you all the way back to the first item of all the menus. It's a bit annoying to go back to where you were looking. Kind of makes you lose interest in ordering.

I've always had issues with this app. Even before the update. A lot of the same complaints that you'll see already listed. But one thing that is annoying, when you go to customize a food item, there isn't an option to tell them 'light on the rice and beans' there's only an option to say 'no rice or beans.' Pretty dumb if you ask me. There needs to be more customization options, obviously.

My college has a Pollo Loco location, and since the app offers perks, I decided to try it out. I made my account, put in all my info, and made my order. The app asks you to choose a favorite pollo loco location, since it seemed convenient, i put my school's location. After making my order, i waited until the app told me it was ready, which already took longer than I'm used to when ordering myself. The app, for some reason sent my order to a location 20 min away and will not let me cancel at all

They make it easy to order and there are EXCLUSIVE deals only available in the app. They even give you a free burrito for enrolling in their free rewards program. Only thing I don't like is you can't order things on the side. I often don't want beans on my tostada, but want them on the side. I end up ordering it no beans and then when I pick it up I ask for them on the side. Very minor issue but I hope they'll resolve it!

I like their point system. You get so many things discounted that it makes it well worth purchasing from Pollo loco. I just wish there was a section to put notations like I only like green salsa, and I only need cilantro and onions. I end up holding up the line when I have to ask for everything at the drive-thru window. I should be able to make the notations before I get to the window

It's a garbage app which doesn't allow autocomplete, and the back button will exit without warning. Mobile ordering here is terrible, and they will seal the bag so that you can't discover they messed up the order until you get home. And then when you go to take the survey to inform them, the survey doesn't even let you complete it.

Love the food but hate the app. Logs me out. Can't log in. Have to create a new login. And you can't add points after the transaction. I've lost a ridiculous amount of points because of it. It hasn't just happened to me. Ask any of their cashiers and they will tell you that they get a lot of customers complaining about the app. Have the developer fix.
