#BetterEY is a wellbeing platform for EY employees. Its goal is to concentrate events around well-being topics in one place - clearly and functionally.<br><br>Lectures &amp; workshops<br>You will meet interesting personalities live at the lectures. Webinars, on the other hand, allow you to get a quick overview of individual topics. And the workshops then offer a practical deep dive into them with experts in the field.<br><br>Articles<br>If you want to read more in depth and click through to lots of other great resources, this is the place for you. The content will increase hand in hand with the topics of lectures and workshops.<br><br>Challenges &amp; Competitions<br>It never hurts to have a little fun with each other in a sporting activity. And what if it also helps a good cause? In company-wide competitions, personal points are added up to a company score, which EY then converts into a financial contribution for a selected organization or initiative.<br><br>Super rewards<br>For every physical activity you measure with a supported service (Garmin, Strava, Apple Health, Google Health Connect), you get the wellbeing currency FITcoin.
