## Review summary

Users appreciate Bright To-Do for its clean design, useful widget, and Google Calendar integration that help with organizing and habit tracking. However, multiple reviews highlight bugs such as crashes and widget failures, limited customization especially in task sorting, and the lack of desktop sync. Notifications and alarm functions are also reported as unreliable. Advanced features like search and subtasks are missing, and the app offers few theme options. Despite these issues, many users find it an efficient and helpful productivity tool.

### Pros

- Clean, elegant, and easy to use interface that helps organize tasks efficiently.
- Useful widget feature for quick access to tasks directly from the home screen.
- Integration with Google Calendar allows users to see their schedule and to-dos in one place.
- Habit tracking features including recurring tasks and daily habit reminders.
- Reasonably non-intrusive ads in the free version and some value in the free offering.

### Cons

- Limited customization options such as inability to manually sort tasks or drag and reorder lists.
- No desktop or web synchronization, making it inconvenient to manage tasks from a PC.
- Bugs and glitches including app crashing after updates, widget loading issues, and unreliable alarms/notifications.
- Lack of advanced features like search function, subtasks, tagging, and note-taking or attachment capabilities.
- Limited theme options and an annoying recurring popup for removing ads when adding new tasks.
