## Description

Splitwright is the calculator every erg session needs. Enter a 500m split and it returns watts, pace per kilometre, calories per hour and speed using the real cube-law relationship — and it works in every direction, including projecting a distance from a time or a time from a distance.<br><br>The interval planner builds a session from reps, work distance, rest and target split, showing total work, rowing time and elapsed time with rest, then saves it as a named plan you can reopen rep by rep.<br><br>The workout log records date, piece, distance, time and rate, computes the average split and derives your personal bests from the log rather than storing them separately.<br><br>Ten standard pieces are set out with pacing plans and a target split offset from your 2k, alongside stroke-rate bands with metres per stroke, a technique reference and the common faults with their fixes. Offline, no account.
