TRISTARSURVEY is a software system designed for companies operating in the medical sector, as regulatory support and as a support tool for marketing activities and post-marketing surveillance activities.
The mobile application allows the collection of information on efficacy, safety, usability and satisfaction of medical products distributed in pharmacies, pharmacies, herbal medicine or promoted through medical-scientific information to the medical profession. The application allows agents and informants to easily collect answers to questionnaires in the field and to transmit them automatically and in real time to the site. It is also equipped with a system that allows the company headquarters to communicate news and other information and receive feedback.
The TRISTARSURVEY system allows you to manage and analyze complex questionnaires with open, closed, multiple choice and rating questions; it can also be used as a tool for collecting answers to tests or quizzes to determine the effectiveness of staff training activities or as an aptitude assessment tool.
TRISTARSURVEY works in conjunction with a dedicated back office software, designed to control the activities of all agents / informers managed by the company.
