## Description

Root Deep is a calm yet tense path-planning puzzle played in a living soil cross-section.<br><br>HOW IT PLAYS<br>Your seed sprouts at the top of the earth. Each turn you tap one of the 8 cells around the glowing root tip and the root grows into it. Every segment costs 1 water, and when the water runs dry the root withers.<br><br>Blue droplets refill 3 water, nutrient clusters boost your score, and fertile layers are worth extra points. Soft gray rock blocks growth unless you smash it with a Rock Breaker, while dark hard-rock bands can never be broken, so smart detours matter. Some droplets hide in the soil and only Water Sense can reveal them.<br><br>Reach the glowing groundwater vein at the bottom to clear the depth.
