| 2024-12-25 |  | | I had to rewrite my review for Nubank. They told me with no reason given that they are going to delete my PJ account within 5 days and the reason was "confidential". Their support doesn't exist anymore through the site so I had no one to contact. To put salt on the wound, they still contact me regularly offering PJ account promotions. The whole process is disorganised and does not instil confidence. I'm afraid after 7 years of exclusively using their app I'm going to have to move on... |
