It helps you review notification content that was previously shown on your own device. After you accept the in-app disclosure and enable Android notification access, it preserves notification events Android delivers and copies previews or attachments Android exposes and permits it to read.

When notification access first connects or reconnects, the app also checks notifications Android still reports as active. This helps recover callbacks missed during a listener interruption.
