Recent reviews

Northpointe has been good to bank with, but they need to reevaluate their backend for their app and website. The online banking on both the app and website have a somewhat high downtime rate, especially given that probably many of their customers like myself entirely do business with them online. Usually it is a generic message that their service is down and a few times my password had to be reset to login without a notification as to why.

The app works well. It does everything I needed to do. The only issue is that it does not yet allow for facial recognition to access the app so I always have to input the password. UPDATE 11/2021 - doesn't work with Android 12 apparently. Won't open. update 2024. The app is much better. works with Android. well. not the most bells and whistles but is a solid banking app.
