## Description

The powerful smartphone app offers the user greater diversity and flexibility allowing you to select, download and engage in specific training programs based on your training needs and applications, extending to a multitude of health and fitness programs as well.<br><br>From pre-warm up to Combined Muscle Training (CMT) and warm down, you can select full body NMES stimulation for a warm-up and cool down with the sports tech gear, to two functional muscle groups in CMT training or where required, isolated individual muscles for focused muscle stimulation and treatment. You can choose from a range of fitness programs from the app, or you can customise to make your own program.<br><br>diPulse and Apple Health can synchronise data so that you can view your average heart rate and your calories burnt within the diPulse app. You can track, monitor and summarise your workout better with the session summaries. Your entire session&#39;s journey is tracked at every point of your exercise to provide you with in-depth details. There is also support for monitoring your heart only, too.<br><br>Your modules&#39; firmware is updated over-the-air. There&#39;s support for multiple languages too.<br><br>Due to safety restrictions, the number of modules to be used per exercise is limited as per the program.
