NFC soundbox has been installed and activated by axis bank but Neo for merchant app has not been activated yet even after sending so many emails by me and also by agent. It's been 5 days since the soundbox activated, I can't understand why axix bank issued sound box without activating the app. How can we monitor the transactions without the app? Concerned team from backend not activating the app nor sending any response in the ticket.
