Map Definition
The administrator defines and uploads the space map, identifying points of interest (hotspots) through a web backoffice.

Content Administration
For each hotspot, it is possible to add, change or remove interactive content such as text, images and videos through a backoffice with reserved access.

Integration with Beacons
Beacons strategically placed in the physical space, for each hotspot, allow proximity interaction with the user and display of content in the app, which were defined in the back office.

Map Upload
Nav Spotter allows you to upload maps, such as room layouts, corridors and areas of interest.

Hotspot Identification
Points of interest (hotspots) are defined on the map, serving as places for user interaction.

Proximity Detection
Beacons installed in the physical space detect the user's approach and activate the display of relevant content, such as a personalized message or hotspot details.

Bluetooth Communication
Bluetooth Low Energy technology allows wireless communication between beacons and mobile devices.

Content Activation
When approaching a beacon, the user automatically receives the corresponding interactive content or indication of the nearest hotspot.

How does it work?

1- Introduction of content - Initial setup
The first step is to introduce the content into the backoffice, map, circuit with hotspots, text, image and videos.

2- Insert Bluetooth Beacons into physical hotspots
Bluetooth Low Energy technology allows wireless communication between beacons and mobile devices when the user approaches the hotspot. Installation of the beacon is the customer's responsibility.

3- Download the App
The user must download the NavSpotter App from Google Play using their Android device.

4- Reading the QRCODE
The backoffice automatically generates a QRCODE that will be fixed at the beginning of the route, so that the user can read the map and its contents through the NavSpotter App.
