## Description

Under the motto &quot;Explore the past - construct history&quot;, educational and adventure tours with content related to current curricula are available for download on mobile devices. The GPS-guided exploration tours are designed according to modern didactic aspects and are predominantly problem- and competence-oriented.<br><br>Educaching history in the form offered expands the possibilities of extracurricular learning, promotes historical and cultural competence in authentic places and creates an understanding of historical change. The tasks allow school type and age-specific differentiations.<br><br>After downloading onto cell phones or tablets, the participants, ideally in small groups, look for various stations (POIs), discover regional or national historical significance and solve exploration tasks on the tablet.<br><br>The results developed on the learning path can be compared with integrated solutions at the end of the tour. Later evaluations in the large group can also be organised. Interruptions to the four-hour tours are just as possible as subsequent exploration.<br><br>The tours are valid for one year and can also be used by other people in the same institution.<br><br>The following tours can currently be purchased in our shop:<br><br>- Otto von Guericke, Magdeburg and the Thirty Years&#39; War<br>- Martin Luther and the Reformation in Magdeburg<br>- Otto the Great, Magdeburg and the Holy Roman Empire<br>- Jewish life in Magdeburg in the past and present<br>- Magdeburg and the First World War: The Home Front<br><br>More tours in preparation.
