MyHelpa is an app designed to support home care professionals with delivering outstanding care at home, and to enable them to enjoy the greatest possible reward through their critical role in society.<br><br>Home care professionals are extraordinary; they support vulnerable people and their families to live fulfilling and dignified lives every day, they are vital to the NHS, and they are a major contributor to the UK’s economy.<br><br>We understand home care work can be extremely challenging. That’s why we built MyHelpa.<br><br>MyHelpa reduces the strain, anxiety and inefficiency caused by admin, communication, and regulation, leaving care professionals with more time to enjoy their critical work, while generating productivity and savings for home care providers to use to grow.<br><br>The MyHelpa app gives home care professionals an easy way to manage their shifts, rounds and client visits conveniently and securely from their mobile. Check scheduled visits for a specific day or week, view shift and visit details, create or edit shift availability and absences, clock-in and clock-out of each care visit, and more – all from a mobile device.<br><br>MyHelpa allows care at home providers to have real-time access to scheduled visits and clock in/out of each visit. By empowering home care teams to manage their availability and home care activity remotely, the MyHelpa mobile app removes any bottleneck between the office and the remote care team working in the field. Everyone is kept up to date with a seamless flow of information from the home care team to the office team.
