This app helped me manage and log my symptoms From Functional Neurologic Disorder. I think they should add an easier way to select symptoms besides that I really like the app.

I've just tried this app - looks like it has some potential and I'd love to be able to recommend it to patients. I don't seem to be able to save my check ins. It just has the cancel option at the bottom. I will check back to see if this is resolved before I go recommending it!
