Track fifteen body measurements — weight, body fat, chest, waist, hips, neck, shoulders, arms, forearms, thighs and calves. MyFitsy charts each one over time and shows the rate of change, because weight moves day to day for reasons that have nothing to do with training. YOUR DATA IS YOURS
Nothing you record is public. Measurements, workouts and conversations are visible only to you and a coach you have chosen to connect with. You can delete your account, and everything in it, from inside the app.
