Ur signal used to be great when I first got my sim, but now, it's ridiculously weak. The moment I step into my room, it's gone. I have to go outside just to get a connection, what's the point of having a sim if I have to chase the signal? and even when I do get one, it's still unstable. Playing games like ML is frustrating because of the constant lag. I even have to switch to airplane mode just to refresh the signal. Fix this. A network should be reliable anywhere, not just in one random spot.

I got my DITO esim last December 2024. At first it has a decent network signal. The internet is fast and calls and texts are okay. Tho after one week of having a DITO esim, my data is suddenly gone even though my promo is not yet expired. I thought it was just a bug, so I registered a new promo again but still it is not working. No data, no texts or calls. But I noticed a "R" symbol on my signal bar even though my roaming is not enabled, since then my esim is technically no use.
