Ordered food through the app and made payment, received a non-itemized receipt via email. Then nothing happened for 30 minutes. I spoke with staff at the bar about the order via the app, and they seemed totally unsurprised that they had not received the order. If you need food or drink you should order direct at the bar. Don't try to use the app as it does not work. Also, room key function on the app does not work. Very frustrating and poor experience.

2023 Not clear to use. Doesn't work effectively disappointed. 2024. No change still unfit for purpose! Complete waste of time ... except those with iPhones.

Dysfunctional, poor performing app that makes your stay at a Celtic Hotel worse. Almost forced to download the app as part of a hotel stay. It is not intuitive, riddled with 404 errors, multiple logins required, no memory of previous interactions or that you even staying at the hotel at all. Plus incorrect information about the hotel stay. AVOID THIS APP IF YOU CAN. Or at least until they make it work in a way that doesn't make your stay more difficult.
