## Review summary

Users report the MSI Router app is largely frustrating and often unusable. The most common complaint is a login loop that repeatedly asks users to connect to an MSI-XXX network even when already connected. Initial setup often fails, especially if the router was configured on a PC, and renamed Wi-Fi networks break login. Reviewers also report crashes, freezing, and slow performance, plus no forgot-password option. A few users praise the intuitive UI and say the app works well after the router is already set up.

### Pros

- Intuitive, good-looking UI when it works
- App works well once the router is already set up

### Cons

- Login loop: repeatedly asks to connect to an MSI-XXX network even when already connected
- Cannot log in or complete initial setup; app fails unless router uses default SSID or factory reset, and setup via PC causes binding problems
- Renamed Wi-Fi networks break app login because it expects stock network names
- Frequent crashes, freezing, and slow, buggy performance
- No "forgot password" option, and login locks out after a few failed attempts
