After sending the requested documents to MoMo support, I get repeatedly the same request again and again with no explanation what is missing. Are MoMo support employees completely ignorant in English or are they only bots? The experience in totally frustrating. Is it my fault, you have some idiotic procedure in place to cancel a wallet? I would give this app 0/5 stars, but 1 star is the minimum. |
| 2024-09-14 |  | | Momo is helpful for expats in Vietnam. I use it to pay water/electric/phone bills. It's also handy to pay bills at stores via the QR code. The English version is about 80% translated, but there is still about 20% that I can't read. (EDIT-- Latest update fixed this, thank you.) It tells me that Momo doesn't allow emulators. I do not use an emulator. I use GrapheneOS. |
