## Description

The Moverly app is the mobile companion for moving-company staff and<br>dispatchers. It complements the Moverly CRM and brings every step of a<br>moving job – from the first inquiry, through the on-site survey, to<br>hand-over and payment – ​​into a fast, offline-capable app.<br><br>WHAT THE APP DOES<br><br>• Leads and inquiries<br>  Create new inquiries, edit existing ones, filter by status, and review<br>  the full activity history of every lead.<br><br>• Surveys (on-site and virtual)<br>  Guided inspection flow with item catalogue, photo documentation, live<br>  pricing and customer signature.<br><br>• Move execution<br>  Step-by-step support on moving day: time tracking, before/after photos,<br>  damages and expenses, handover protocol and payment collection.<br><br>• Calendar<br>  Personal daily overview of all assignments – surveys, moves, tasks –<br>  served live from the Moverly backend.<br><br>• Pricing and payments<br>  Server-computed pricing (products, materials, services, distance, VAT,<br>  discount) and a clear payment history for partial and final payments<br>  via cash, bank transfer, SEPA or Stripe.<br><br>• Offline capability<br>  Every change is stored locally and safely synchronized once a<br>  connection is available – useful in basements, stairwells and remote<br>  addresses.<br><br>• Roles and permissions<br>  Admins manage the full lead lifecycle; employees only see their own<br>  assignments.<br><br>WHO THIS APP IS FOR<br><br>The Moverly app is a B2B app for employees of moving companies that use<br>the Moverly CRM. End customers do not use this app – they interact with<br>Moverly through quotes, invoices and on-site appointments.<br><br>PRIVACY AND SECURITY<br><br>All data is transmitted encrypted to Moverly servers in the EU. Accounts<br>are provided exclusively by your employer; there is no public<br>sign up.<br><br>ACCESS<br><br>You need a valid Moverly account provided by your company.
