## Review summary

Multiple users complain that the app is often incompatible with their Motorola phone models or Android versions, preventing them from registering and accessing coverage. Invalid IMEI errors and regional limitations further restrict use. UI issues during registration create frustration. Some users are concerned about the app installing unexpectedly. However, a few users appreciate the combined coverage and physical accessories offered through the app, valuing the protection it provides when functional. Overall, the app suffers from poor compatibility, registration challenges, and unclear availability, leading to significant user dissatisfaction.

### Pros

- App is officially associated with Motorola, which may provide a sense of reliability for some users.
- App links the purchase of physical protection accessories (screen protector, case) with digital coverage.
- Some users experienced satisfactory protection coverage results after purchase, noting screen remained intact despite past frequent phone replacements.
- The concept of combining device protection with app-based service could be appealing to users who value extended warranty and accessories together.

### Cons

- App frequently reports compatibility issues, stating it doesn't support many Motorola phone models, including new or stock devices.
- Users encounter errors when trying to register devices due to invalid or unrecognized IMEI numbers in the app.
- Region restrictions prevent usage, with the app sometimes indicating unavailability despite users being in the USA or other covered regions.
- The registration process has UI problems, such as missing checkboxes or incomplete fields to agree to terms, hindering account creation.
- Several users report the app appeared installed without consent or clear communication, raising privacy and trust concerns.
