## Description

CoatMap is an app that allows you to check the adhesion status of mold release agent and measure film thickness.<br><br>How to use it: First, place markers that serve as color conversion standards at four locations on the mold.<br>Use a smartphone with CoatMap installed to take a picture of the state after applying the mold release agent.<br>By converting the captured image using CoatMap, you can obtain the adhesion status and numerical film thickness information.<br>The film thickness is thick in the red part of the image, and becomes thinner as it approaches blue.<br>You can also set the range and arbitrary points you want to measure, and it is also possible to obtain the average value of the film thickness.<br><br>Easy and cost-effective way to consider introducing a mold release agent<br>Please take advantage of &quot;CoatMap,&quot; which allows you to easily measure film thickness with your smartphone.<br><br>MORESCO is working on the development and popularization of functional mold release agents with the aim of reducing CO2 emissions, saving energy, and improving the environment.<br><br>This app is for measuring the film thickness of MORESCO products.<br>It cannot be used by other companies or for any other purpose.
