## Description

This is the official Lebanese Digital Green Certificate (DGC) QR code scanner, which provides the holder’s information about one of the following:<br><br>1- Vaccination<br>In case the user has a generated certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) about his vaccination, the application can scan their DGC QR code and provide the following information:<br>a- Full name<br>b- Date of birth<br>c- Country vaccinated in<br>d- Unique certificate identifier<br>e- Certificate issuer<br>f- Medical product<br>g- Marketing authorization<br>h- Vaccine or prophylaxis<br>i- Dose number out of total series of doses<br>j- Date of vaccination<br><br>2- Test result<br>In case the user has a generated certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) about his test result (Rapid or PCR test), the application can scan their DGC QR code and provide the following information:<br>a- Full name<br>b- Date of birth<br>c- Country tested in<br>d- Unique certificate identifier<br>e- Certificate issuer<br>f- Testing center<br>g- Test name (In case of PCR)<br>h- Test type<br>i- Test result<br>j- Test identifier (In case of Rapid)<br>k- Sample collection time<br><br>3- Recovery information<br>In case the user has a generated certificate from the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) about his recovery from Covid-19, the application can scan their DGC QR code and provide the following information:<br>a- Full name<br>b- Date of birth<br>c- Country of test<br>d- Unique certificate identifier<br>e- Certificate issuer<br>f- First date positive test<br>g- Certificate validity (from -&gt; to)
