A comprehensive mobile solution to perform your duties easier with a variety of functions at your fingertips. Softlogic Care App has three applications under one roof: ServiceMate App, Collection App, Scan Now App, Taskify App, Stockify App, and Fixed Asset App.

ServiceMate App
Once a product is sold to a customer, Softlogic agrees that it will correct or repair any deliverables or Services that do not conform to the specifications or acceptance criteria at no charge within the warranty period as the supplier.

When these sold items require a repair, customers will visit showrooms or service centers to place a job inquiry requesting for service. Once a job request is received, it will be entered to the SES and assign to a technician to continue the process. These service-related jobs will be assigned to the technician team and they will visit customers to provide required services. This ServiceMate app will facilitate technicians in identifying jobs which are assign to them, updating job statuses, keeping track of their jobs and in requesting required parts to increase the efficiency in service process.

Collection App
