    Just wanted to report an issue and not sure where to file a case. When trying to connect a tracker for rewards there is no continue button. Also when doing a survey halfway through there was no continue button. So I'm not able to collect and use rewards. Which is not big deal but wanted to point it out for support. I will change the review once it's fixed

    I noticed the app currently shows correct organizations but shows incorrect pcp and seems to just list random provider names each day that are in that network. Attached to the organizations group. I'm guessing the names Don't matter as long as it's correct group. When first using the app I did find that very confusing. I'm guessing it's just a software bug. Or something.

    The app used to work well, but after the last few updates, the "continue" options for things like enrolling a fitness app to earn rewards are gone. Not sure if this affects just my device or other users, but it's quite frustrating. It makes it impossible to use the rewards feature as designed.

    So many features just don't work. Anything barcodes scanned say the items can't be purchases. Searching for a gym or event through Renew Active always shows 0 results. The only thing that works on the app is seeing how much is available on the card, and manually checking off activities for rewards. A virtually useless app...

    I can no longer sign into my app through the ropes. I do everything it says but when I go to get the code number to get in, the app goes back to login. Unless I'm doing something wrong, I'm not sure what exactly is happening. I enjoyed using it up until a couple days ago. If I get it up and running again, log out and log back in a few times then I will change my rating. I really enjoyed using the app up until today.

    I wish this app were as straightforward as the one I used with my previous benefit program. Navigating this app is frustrating because it redirects me all over the place. I just want to access my "cart." I'm not sure if there's a designated "Menu" section, but either way, the current design makes it difficult to find what I need.

    Basic features ok but not user friendly. Password does allow "&" but it only fails later. The app allows biometric login but only says it takes fingerprints (pixel has face recognition). App suggests refreshing my browser after it's frequent errors but it's an app so there is no browser. Pharmacy search didn't show Walmart even though it's the least expensive. No in-app feedback. There's more but I'm doubting this freeback will be acted upon.

    Of all the times I've tried I've only been able to actually log in once. I would really like to use this app but always end up going to the website instead because the app will not open. I always get a note that says we're sorry something went wrong. We're not able to open this app right now. I don't have problems with any other apps on my phone. I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling but I've done that before and it hasn't worked. I'll keep trying and hope something changes on your end or mine

    I am also unable to add or change my tracker settings for the UHC rewards. I got a new smart watch and need to sync via Google fit. No matter what I do, I'm stuck on the first page for selecting a tracker brand. This is insanely frustrating, since I'm missing out on the daily and weekly rewards. I'm only glad it's the beginning of the year so they just reset. But I have little faith that UHC will bother to fix this problem.

    The option to scan a product is terrible. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my camera I just tried to scan a barcode using the app and the scan a product section is terrible the image doesn't come up very well you can't even tell you're scanning something my actual camera on my phone it came with my phone takes beautiful photos. No matter what product I scan it says it's not covered I went to check out and I was able to buy the product with the card.
