Honestly signing up for this app almost made me throw my new credit card in the bin. Absolutely ridiculous security questions and requirements. What is your favourite meal , answer must be over 6 characters. Why!!! I forgot the details immediately and almost couldn't log in 2 mins after setting them. Seriously avoid unless you have lots of patience or will just write them all down which is very unsecured and defeats the object completely. Over the top m&s!

I posted this review over a year ago but nothing has changed. Does anyone at M&S actually read these reviews? 1. I've selected biometrics login, so why do I have to choose it every time I login? 2. If I want to know what my payment at the end of the month will be there is a hopelessly clunky download (repeatedly!) Your next payment is surely vital information for the main screen. 3. When I log off I want to close the app, not for it to hang around until I have to kill it.
