2025-01-12	Dwina Maulia Noor Fatma	Tried opening a bank account and can't even reach the customer service for the last step video call. I called customer service and WhatsApp them too, but they're barely any help since they just told me to wait and wait again saying that their agent will call me if i just wait patiently for the waiting list. It's been 5 days and still no response... The other steps are easy enough, it's just the Video call that sucks.

I tried setting a schedule but when the specified time arrived, there was no incoming call. just stuck on that step. Unistalling it now. Dont want to open a motion account anymore. S u c k s
