2024-01-12	Sa*****	Since recent security updates to the Android version of the app, I have been locked out & no longer able to use the app. I have been trying all week to explain this to someone from MC who just does not understand. Please can someone from the developers contact me so this can be resolved as currently the App is useless for me. I'm really disappointed with the response from MC so far.

2022-08-08	Kh*****	They use cheaper ingredients, replacing chicken with turkey and edible steaks with some type of rubber that they call "Denver steak". Also they started using more raw ingredients , which makes the preparation difficult. Today, for a salad that requires corn, sent the actual raw Corn cob with husk. You need to dehusk it, wash it, remove the kernels after it's boiled. All this while cooking turkey and quinoa, for a 20 minutes meal. We really don't have the time. We're cancelling our subscription.

2022-07-09	Ka*****	Delicious recipes and easy to use app. Only thing I find a bit annoying is that I can't see the family recipes if I have selected 2 people in the preferences, and vice versa. There are sometimes meals that my teenage son would eat and it would be good to be able to see all options at once so I can decide without changing my settings

2022-05-02	We*****	Really enjoying using Mindful Chef. There are interesting recipes which I wouldn't normally try and the portion sizes are just right (or slightly generous) and the food is healthy and good quality. It's flexible enough to skip weeks if it's not convenient or none of the recipes appeal. I would just say that the cooking times are a bit conservative!

2022-04-05	Ro*****	App forces you to call customer service in order to fully cancel subscriptions made through app - an obvious managerial attempt to improve retention. They allow you to pause subscriptions for fixed amounts of time dictated by the app but it's easy enough to forget and have an unexpected charge land on your account. If you want any flexibility I'd suggest to look for somewhere that doesn't make you jump through hoops to get it.

Basket just gives a generic unexpected error so can't edit my next delivery The good points... None really as couldn't use it to edit my order but looks quite nice Should also note to others that this is a rating of the app not the company as is intended by the fact it says "Rate this app"

Great having every ingredient in a bag - no searching for spices, onions, garlic etc etc. Majority of meals can be prepared and cooked in 30 mins - the meat is always high quality - i like to know where my food comes from and theirs is traceable and only selected farms are used. Enjoy! I do. X

2021-09-04	Be*****	Very tasty recipes, easy to make with the clear instructions. Excellent for busy people, who want to control their portions, eat good quality and tasty food without having to plan and shop for the ingredients. Using mindful chef has also reduced our food wasting. I only wish they were able to further reduce the packaging by using reusable containers (which could be returned and reused for the next box)

2021-07-01	Ha*****	The app is not in alignment on my phone (Huawei) and feels very crowded. I find it hard to navigate and I don't like that each week I have to remove pre-selected meals. It feels like I'm correcting my order rather than choosing it. I also think if you're going to have an app, it shouldn't be sending users back to the website to complete certain actions like cancelling my subscription or contacting support.

Excellent quality free range and pasture fed meats. Very good quality fresh vegetables, no slimy salads or soft peppers, showing they really care about what they're sending to customers.
