MindPOS helps restaurant and cafe teams manage sales tasks, from taking orders to processing bills, on mobile phones and tablets, connecting front-of-house and kitchen operations into a single system.<br><br>Take Orders and Manage Menus<br>Select menu items, add options, and notes for each item. Categorize menus and images for easy searching by the team.<br><br>View Table Status and Process Bills<br>View available tables, occupied tables, orders, and totals for each table. Manage payments and sales history.<br><br>Coordination via Kitchen Screen<br>Track queues and food status to keep front-of-house and kitchen teams informed of necessary tasks.<br><br>Supports Table QR Code Ordering<br>Create and manage QR codes for tables, allowing customers to open menus and order via the restaurant&#39;s website. Access and table capacity depend on the package.<br><br>Track Stock and Sales<br>Manage ingredients and recipes. View replenishment needs and receive reports on sales, best-selling items, and order status.<br><br>Print Receipts from the App<br>Connect to compatible receipt printers via the on-premises network. Devices must be on the same network. Supports Thai and English receipts. Printers are optional and require prior connection setup.<br><br>Manage Teams and Multiple Stores<br>Assign roles for Owner, Manager, Cashier, and Kitchen Team, and switch between stores your account has access to.<br><br>To use this service, you need a MindPOS account and an approved store, along with an internet connection.
