Worthless app. Won't let me sign on. Won't even go to a sign on screen. Keeps asking for update, but no update available. Needed to make a large purchase, but couldn't verify funds available and lost the deal. This is an ongoing problem with this app since I opened the accounts a few years ago. I have had enough. Probably switching to MVFCU - never had any probs with their app. NRim is a good group of locals with good bankers, they just don't seem to be able to get a decent access app.

Jan 12, 2023: still true. Four fails out of five tries today. This app rejects mobile deposits 2-10 times, and sometimes never works. Usually, it can't find the endorsement. We endorse with the bank's stamp for our business! Often it needs "better lighting or steady hands" even when the picture is crystal clear. Bank's customer service said, "it reads handwritten endorsements better" so I'll write "this is the endorsement [arrow up]" and then it works.
