Love the bank! The app and glitches in the last app update suck! They haven't been able to figure out what happened, and all the different tech people do all the same things to try to fix the issues, and nobody is on the same page and still, nothing gets fixed! Been going on for almost a year now with techs scratching their heads! I'm at the point where I don't care anymore about getting alerts. Just use the app for a faster way to see my account activity! It is a shame! Used to love this app!

Won't load while using a VPN. Says "Your application version is incompatible with the server. Please update your application.". Update button takes you to Play store. No update exists. Leaving users stranded with no options in public wifi.
