Not only are you restricted for using the app, you have to call to make an appointment to have more options, other than checking your amount. I banked here, but after not having even a debit card from the start, I had to find another one. Not a good way to keep customers. ESPECIALLY in this time of struggling. You should be helping people, not putting them on a leash. ... Tellers were great, no complaints there. They won't tell you you need a year of balance over $0.00 gets you a debit card.
