Users appreciate the app's convenience in making payments and its countdown timer. However, major issues include disabled or missing notifications, app crashes/loading failures, GPS inaccuracies leading to payments for wrong zones, payment process errors causing double charges or invalid payments, and poor customer support. These problems often result in tickets, overpayments, and general dissatisfaction with the app's reliability and usability.

Recent reviews

I also have Pango Park and ParkMobile on my phone, and notifications work fine. Loaded app on my s23 cell. Enabled all notification settings in my Samsung s23. The screen on this app, Meter Feeder, show that Notifications are NOT enabled. Could not find any setting to Enable in that app. Guess I'll delete the app since no notifications makes it useless.

Overall, the app is great but has one critical flaw: Notifications are disabled. There is no in-app setting I can find to change this. After paying for a spot, on the timer dial screen it explicitly states "Notifications are disabled". In the App Permissions (Android Settings), notifications are enabled. Similarly, in Android > Notifications > App Notifications > Meter Feeder, all notifications are turned on. Notifications are a critical component with timed parking spaces.
