Whether you're a mess manager handling daily operations or a member tracking your own meals and costs, Mess Expert keeps everything organized, transparent, and fair.

๐Ÿ  Multi-Mess Support
Belong to more than one household? No problem. Mess Expert lets you join and manage multiple messes from a single account. Switch between your active mess with a single tap, and instantly see the relevant data for each one โ€” with your role clearly shown (Manager, Member, etc.).

๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Meal Tracking Made Simple
Log your daily meals quickly and accurately. Every meal is counted and added to a shared running total. The live meal rate is auto-calculated based on total expenses divided by total meals โ€” so every member always pays exactly their fair share. No more guessing, no more disputes.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Smart Expense & Deposit Management
Add money deposits and track shared costs directly from the home screen. The budget summary card shows your mess's total balance, total expenses, and remaining funds in real time โ€” with a circular progress ring so you can see at a glance how your budget is holding up this month.

๐Ÿ›’ Bazar Planning
Assign grocery shopping duties to mess members by day using the built-in Bazar Planner. See who's responsible for shopping on any given day of the month, avoid conflicts, and keep your household running smoothly.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Member Management
Add and manage all mess members in one place. View each member's profile, meal count, deposit history, and individual balance. The member list supports search and filtering, and shows live counts โ€” so you're always up to date on who's active.

๐Ÿงพ Billing & Settlement
Mess Expert auto-calculates each member's bill at month-end based on:
- Total meals ร— the meal rate
- Share of rent and utility costs
- Deposits and pending dues
Each bill clearly shows whether a member has settled up or still has a pending balance โ€” making collection day stress-free.

๐Ÿ“Š Reports & Insights
Get a full financial overview with the Reports section:
- Daily meal count chart โ€” see activity across the week at a glance
- Meal leaderboard โ€” find out who's been eating the most ๐Ÿ†
- Financial overview โ€” total deposits, expenses, and net balance
