This app needs some love. The content on my home page never updates. However, I mostly use the tools. In the Worry Map tool, I can create a worry, but I can't delete it!! I have never seen the Daily Action Tool streaks work properly. I contacted support about both these tools, but I never received a response.

Very good app that is simple to use while having a lot of the features to really express and see how you're feeling overall. Much better than a simple notebook app. I do wish that the breathing exercise didn't rely on my watching the screen - Perhaps a slight beep or vibration at each stage of breathwork would be good to allow me to close my eyes and relax as opposed to staring at a screen for 10 minutes.
