## Description

The Mentalni Trening app helps athletes improve their mental skills in sports. Playing well in competitive sports requires a lot of physical skills, but a large part of success is based on athletes’ mental skills.<br><br>The Mentalni Trening system uses mental coaching exercises to help athlete improve their mental skills. The program can be used individually by an athlete, by a coach for a team, by a university for all of their sports teams or with the help of a Mental Training Specialist in combination with the Athlete.<br><br>Athletes will be able to use the app in order to record their journey. A seamless user interface will be provided to the athletes in order to get access to sound recordings and videos.
