The Mensani System provides research-verified training and skills to improve sports mental performance.<br> <br>The system helps an athlete set mental performance goals and identify improvement areas.<br> <br>It trains athletes on the use of visualization and self-talk methods to formulate tailored strategies for self-improvement and developing long-term skills.<br> <br>These skills are critical to sports mental resilience and are transferable to managing non-sports challenges at work or other aspects of daily life.<br> <br> <br>The Mensani App<br> <br>The Mensani App extends the Mensani System’s capabilities and provides the following benefits:<br> <br>•	The app provides a measurement tool to set goals and evaluate progress in a simple-to-use tool in your pocket.<br> <br>•	It introduces event-based goal setting so that actionable objectives can be set and monitored at each practice and game event.<br> <br>•	The app provides a structured learning platform by encouraging use before and after each practice and game event.<br> <br>•	The system and app benefit young athletes and can continue to be a resource as the athlete grows into more competitive gameplay.<br> <br>•	The app is used individually by any athlete, a coach, a team, or as a standard resource across all sports at a school or university.<br> <br>•	The app uses smartphone technology, a platform already widely used by young and old athletes, so its user interface is immediately familiar.<br> <br>•	The app provides direct links to mental training specialists, specific support videos, and exercises always available on the field or at home.<br> <br>•	With the athlete&#39;s permission, it can share goals and performance data with coaches and mental training specialists for one-on-one assistance or group sessions.<br> <br>•	Finally, the back-end technology platform allows fast and secure scalability from a small number of users at the start to a large-scale roll-out for widespread use with no changes to the application.
