MEDITECH MHealth is the mobile extension of MEDITECH’s Patient and Consumer Health Portal, designed for convenient and secure access to your personal health information via mobile devices or tablets. With MEDITECH MHealth, users can securely communicate with healthcare providers, request and manage appointments, pre-register for visits, review lab and radiology results, track immunizations and allergies, manage medications and prescription renewals, and access visit histories including discharge instructions. If you have an existing Patient Portal account with a MEDITECH-affiliated provider that supports MHealth, you can start using the mobile portal immediately.
