My experience trying to enroll in the app was very frustrating. I filled out the form three to four times. Each time I received an error message, with no message indicating it was successful. I even tried logging in, in case I really had enrolled, but no success. When I called mecu, the rep walked me through enrolling another time with the same result. I needed a specialist; none were available so they took my number to call me back. The rep called me back to discover I was already enrolled.
