## Description

MDM Lock is a business tool for authorised retail partners and loan agents to manage device financing (EMI) accounts.<br><br>Key features:<br>• Retailer staff login with secure biometric-protected access<br>• Create and manage EMI loan records for financed devices<br>• Track customer payments and repayment schedules<br>• Provision and activate the customer-facing companion app on a financed device, as part of the signed loan agreement with the customer<br>• Authorised device management actions (lock/unlock) applied strictly in accordance with the terms the customer agreed to at the time of financing<br>• Scan device IMEI via camera for quick enrolment<br><br>This app is intended for use by authorised retail and loan-servicing staff only, and is not a consumer-facing app. All device-management actions are performed under an active financing agreement with the device&#39;s registered owner.
