TCC Better Together strives as an intermediary to form the binding factor between GPs region of Northwest Veluwe Zeewolde and the medical specialists of Hospital St Jansdal and as a service primarily to contribute to quality improvement in the cooperation between general practitioners and medical specialists. In this app you will find the working arrangements are common for this purpose drawn up by GPs Cooperative Medi Camus and Hospital St Jansdal, as well as other associated relevant documents and reference.
