## Description

CONNECT is a Medical Coordinating Center in the Riverland region, established as a foundation by the Cooperative Association of General Practitioners Gelderland Riverland, Riverland Hospital, and the medical staff of Hospital Rivierenland. CONNECT aims to promote cooperation in health care and thereby contribute to better coordination between health professionals in the first and second line. CONNECT This app is designed as a means to make a contribution here, and is intended for all general practitioners, medical specialists, specialists in geriatric medicine and pharmacists in the region. The application is as a gift associated with the Sandwich Course, 2014.<br><br>The CONNECT app includes a face book (who&#39;s who) containing contact GPs, medical specialists, pharmacists and specialists in geriatric medicine in the Riverland region. Also, all the working arrangements (Regional Transmural Agreements) of CONNECT to be found in the application, which are prepared by general practitioners and medical specialists together. There work arrangements can be searched by category, alphabetically, and by a general search. The app includes CONNECT recent newsletters. For the facebook users need a login and access the Internet. The working arrangements and newsletters are visible to everyone and offline. The content of the app is updated regularly.<br>There is also added a part for Training.
