## Description

This is a resource center for people struggling with their mental health. It provides adequate access to services such as consultation with mental health professionals, free mental health screening, tracks your mood on a daily basis, gives you access to mental health games, music and exercises that enhance your mood and reduce anxiety and depression levels.<br><br>With our paid model, you can gain free points for interacting with these services, and these points can be used to pay for consultation services. You can also create a support group and invite your friends to join.<br><br>You can also journal your mental health journey and do narrative therapy all in app.
