MAPs for NURSING CARE This is an application for inputting care records for ``MAPs for NURSING CARE'', a business support system for nursing care/welfare offices.
*This application is an application that allows the following service providers to manage visit schedules and results, and record care at visited locations and within the facility in conjunction with the "Cloud-based business support system for nursing/welfare facilities MAPs for NURSING CARE" (the scope of functions varies depending on the service type).
As a care record, we record the user's daily condition such as vital signs, dietary status, hydration, etc.
In addition to entering care records, you can also upload photos/videos/document files (PDF, EXCEL, etc.) on your device.

■Supported service types
Long-term care insurance services: Home-visit nursing care (including general business (home-visit type)), home-visit bathing, night-time home-visit care, dementia-friendly communal living care, long-term care elderly welfare facilities, short-term resident living care, living care for residents of specified facilities (including short-term use)
　Disability welfare services: Home care, home visit care for severe cases, accompanying support, behavioral support, community life support business (mobility support (in some areas))

*This app cannot be used alone. A contract for "MAPs for NURSING CARE, a cloud-based business support system for nursing care/welfare offices" is required.
