## Description

Thera allows you to access the program prepared by your practitioner: exercises, instructions, questionnaires, and progress tracking.<br><br>Access is granted using your email address and a temporary code received by email after an invitation from your practitioner. You can choose between the programs you&#39;ve received, find your different practitioners, set general reminders on your phone, and share your feedback through the app.<br><br>Thera is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice. In case of emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
