Inspired by the health benefits of Gir cows and their organic nature, Mama’s Milk Farm was born about 3-4 years ago.

• Milk Processing: At Mama’s Milk Farm, our farmers employ clean and hygienic methods to collect milk from our cows. Our milk undergoes crucial processes:
• Pasteurization: Heat-treated to 75-80 degrees Celsius, our milk destroys harmful microorganisms while preserving quality. This ensures microbial safety, extended shelf life, and diverse product options like cheese and yogurt.
• Cooling Process (IBT): After pasteurization, rapid cooling in Ice Building Tanks (IBT) reduces milk temperature from 75 degrees to 4 degrees Celsius within minutes. This process enhances milk quality, bacterial control, nutrient preservation, and energy efficiency.
• Milk Bottle Filling: Our advanced bottle filling machines ensure hygiene, efficiency, accurate volume control, and compliance with regulations.
• Glass Bottle Packaging: We prioritize environmental sustainability and milk quality by using glass bottles for deliveries. Glass offers benefits like milk quality preservation, visual appeal, and resistance to chemical contamination.
