Warm Connect

Warm Connect is a daily invitation to stop, listen, and name what you feel.

It is based on the Wa.R.M. method—Warm Regulation Method—developed by psychologist Laura Feci Moraja.

Four gentle tools to take with you:

Energy Test: Recognize the energy you feel now

Breathing: One minute of guided breathing

How you feel: Give shape to an emotion through color, texture, and body

Emotionometer: Name your emotions, even more than one at a time

Each session remains on your device, as a personal record.

Access is reserved for those on the program, guides trained in the Wa.R.M. method, and caregivers of those treated at the Wizard of Oz center.
