Name each interval, choose its duration, and save the sequence to use again.<br><br>• Add, reorder, duplicate, and rename intervals<br>• Repeat your sequence with optional preparation and final intervals<br>• See the current interval, remaining time, and next step at a glance<br>• Pause, resume, skip, or end from the app or Android notification<br>• Keep a timer running while the screen is locked<br>• Choose cues through Android’s system sound picker, including Silent<br>• Use spoken labels, vibration, and countdown warnings<br><br>Start with an editable work/rest timer or build your own sequence. Sound and display preferences stay the same when you load a saved timer.<br><br>Your timers and settings are stored on your device. Eligible data can be backed up through your Google account when Android backup is enabled. There is no account to create and no subscription.<br><br>All timer features are free. The app contains ads; a one-time purchase removes them permanently.
