## Description

THINC-it® is a tool that allows you to check the cognitive function of patients with depression/depressive episodes. It consists of PDQ-D5 (patient self-administered questionnaire) and four neuropsychological tests (Spotter, Symbol Check, Code Breaker, Trails test).<br><br>◆How to use<br>●After downloading THINC-it, open the app, carefully read and agree to the terms of use, and then proceed to the questions and tests.<br>●Before answering the four games and simple questions, please use the &quot;tutorial&quot; to understand what you are going to do.<br>●Please use the results of these tests as reference information when evaluating the patient&#39;s overall cognitive function.<br><br>◆Characteristics of each game: Each game will be evaluated on the following content.<br>“PDQ-D5”: A 5-item self-administered scale that broadly evaluates attention/concentration, planning/organization, and retrospective/prospective memory.<br>“Spotter”: Check reaction time for concentration and attention<br>“Symbol Check”: Mainly checks working memory execution function, attention and concentration, etc.<br>“Code Breaker”: Check multiple cognitive skills (problem-solving ability, concentration, etc.)<br>“Trails”: Check executive functions such as planning ability and problem-solving ability<br><br>◆Supported languages: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish (Spain), Spanish (Mexico), Portuguese (Brazil), Korean, Chinese (simplified), Dutch, Danish, Polish, Japanese, Hungarian, Arabic<br><br>*Note) This tool is<br>-This is not a &quot;diagnostic&quot; tool approved as a medical device.
